  Murder Mystery & The Agatha Connection: "The Sign of the Swan" was known to travellers at the beginning of the 18th Century, but was rebuilt in it's present form in 1840. In 1926 Agatha Christie chose to 'dissappear' here. The film "Agatha", starring Dustin Hoffman & Vanessa Redgrave was filmed on location at the Hotel & around Harrogate. The Hotel stands in five acres of beautiful gardens, perfect for your Wedding photos or even for your Civil Ceremony. The Hotel is situated in the centre of the famous spa town of Harrogate and Harrogate Bus & Train Station are only 1 mile away. The nearest airport, Leeds/Bradford Airport, is only 14 miles away.
